So you have come to seek us out! Not a bad move at all! We are a very friendly bunch of people, just like you.

There is nothing special about us, except that we all strive to be more like Jesus. If you are coming to us from another church then you will know this.

We are not like the Church many of us grew up in, stiff and starchy! Times have changed.

So here's little more about us

As you may know, we meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 for worship.
Our services are live-streamed and recorded.

If you have children, you may be interested to know we have a Junior Church also meeting in the morning. They are keen on their puppet club and have produced videos.​

​We try to make our meetings Warm and Friendly.

We sing together, learn to pray together, and study life truths from the Bible together.

In this way, we discover God’s plan for us through the Holy Spirit’s leading in our lives.
What or who is Goring United Reformed Church?
Goring URC, was born, or in church jargon, 'inaugurated' in 1940.

This church is part of the United Reformed Church [URC] in the United Kingdom.
The URC has over 1600 churches in England, Scotland and Wales with a total membership of about 76000. It was formed in 1972 when the Presbyterian Church of England and the Congregational Church of England and Wales united.
