Hall & Room Hiring - General Information
Main Hall - 43ft x 21ft ( 13m x 6.4m )
This, the larger of our halls, is suitable for up to:-
- 160 people standing
- 120 people seated for a concert etc.
- 80 people at tables, also the maximum number for Fire Safety and comfort.
There are four toilets available including one for disabled people.
​Hire charges (Non profit organisations)
Daily Rate: £120.00 per hall (plus a caretaker charge if required)
Hourly Rates:
£14.00/hr day time / £14.50/hr evenings (Main Hall only)
£22.00/hr day time / £23.00/hr evenings (both halls hired together)
Children's Parties: £16.00/hr - bouncy castles permitted! or £27.00/hr for both halls

Daily Rate: £120.00 per hall (plus a caretaker charge if required)
Hourly Rates:
£17.50/hr at any time
£28.50/hr both halls hired together
​The use of our kitchen for simply preparing tea & coffee is included in the above rate, otherwise a charge of £18.00 per session is made for full use of the kitchen catering facilities.
Cornwall Room -
30ft x 19ft ( 9m x 5.7m )
Our medium sized hall is suitable for up to 60 people standing.
45 people closely seated
​ 30 people at tables
Maximum number for Fire Safety and comfort.
It is a carpeted room with soft wall lighting and daylight strip lights. ​​
There are two toilets at hand, one being for use by disabled people.

Daily Rate: £120.00 per hall (plus a caretaker charge if required)

£13.00/hr day time / £13.50/hr evenings (Cornwall Room only)
£22.00/hr day time / £23.00/hr evenings (both halls hired together)
Children's Parties: £16.00/hr or £27.00/hr for both halls

The room includes a small kitchenette in which to boil a kettle.
